- Cost-Effectiveness: Making strategic decisions that balance cost control with revenue generation. - Branch Sales: Leading efforts to achieve sales targets by acquiring new customers, promoting a wide range of bank products, and enhancing the branch’s financial performance. This includes driving initiatives for cross-selling and upselling, ensuring sales strategies align with customer needs, and monitoring the progress of sales targets to ensure the branch meets its goals.
- Staff Management: Assisting with the recruitment, training, and management of branch staff. - Financial Records: Managing and maintaining accurate financial records for the branch, ensuring all transactions are properly documented and comply with financial regulations.
